Set up WooCommerce as a widget button on your website

Discover how to easily set up a WooCommerce as a widget button on your website using Bit Assist. Add this channel to your chat widget and let your visitors know about their WooCommerce order details like shipping status, total quantity, total amount, billing name, and shipping name. Visitors have to provide only the order id or billing email to get the order information.

Setup a Channel

1. First, create a widget, then edit the widget

2. Click on Add channel to add the support assistant of your choice WooCommerce.

3. Search and select the channel WooCommerce from the channels popup.

4. Channel Title: Set the proper Channel Title. Default it’s taken, WooCommerce. This Title is descriptive text for visitors.

5. Custom Image: You can change the channel image of your preference. Also, if you don’t like the normal image, you can add a gif image you want.

6. Add Fields: To include your fields, simply click on the Add Fields option. You also have the option to designate your fields as mandatory.

By default, two essential fields are available: Number Field and Email Field.

• Number Field: This field empowers the customer to track their order status using the order ID. By entering their unique order ID in this field, they can swiftly access their order’s current status and verify order details.
• Email Field: With the Email Field, customers can check the status of all their orders by entering their registered email address. It’s a versatile field for accessing comprehensive order information.

By making these fields mandatory, you grant your customers the ability to view their order status and order details effortlessly. Tailor your chat widget to your precise requirements and enhance the user experience.

7. Show Order Details: You have the flexibility to select which Show Order Details will be displayed.

8. Button Text: You can customize the button text to meet your needs.

9. Form Theme Color: You can personalize the color of your form theme.

10. Form Text Color: You can choose a custom color for your form text.

11. Hide after office hours: With this Hide after office hours feature of Widget Options, You can organize your office time by enabling the Hide after office hours option. You have to upgrade to Pro to use the feature.

12.  Channel show on: With this Channel show on feature of Widget Options, you can now afford to hide or show channels on mobile and desktops as of your choice.

13.  Now, save the channel by clicking the Save button. Then, you will see a successful channel-created message.
