Available Actions

  • Create Account: This feature allows you to create new accounts or companies in Agile CRM. An account typically represents a business or organization that you are engaging with.
  • Create Contact: With this feature, you can add new contacts to Agile CRM. Contacts typically represent individuals associated with the accounts, such as customers, clients, or leads.
  • Create Deal: The “Deal” feature enables you to create new deals or opportunities in Agile CRM. Deals are used to track potential sales or business opportunities throughout the sales process.

Authorization of Agiled CRM Integration

First you have to select the Agiled CRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Agiled CRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Brand(Your Account URL) & API Key: To get Agiled CRM account URL and API Key open your Agiled CRM account.

  • Account URL: To get Agiled CRM Account URL go to Setting -> Company Setting -> Account URL account URL should be (accounturl.agiled.app) if the account url is bit_integrations then the full URL should be bit_integrations.agiled.app. Also the URL is displayed in the address bar.
  • API Key: To Get Agiled CRM API key Setting -> API Settings -> API Key

Now copy the Account URL and API key from your Agiled CRM account and paste into integration setting then click on Authorized button. After successfully authorization then click on Next.

After successful authorization, select an action from the dropdown, like Create Account

You will find the Map Field option. You have to map all the necessary form/task fields with the related Agiled CRM field. After mapping the desired fields, click on Next button.

Select Role: This feature enables you to designate a role for contacts created via Bit Integrations. Available roles include Lead, Client, and Prospect.

You will find the Map Field option. You have to map all the necessary form/task fields with the related Agiled CRM field. After mapping the desired fields, click on Next button.

Integration Settings for Creating Deals in Allied CRM

After successful authorization, select an action from the dropdown, like Create Deals.

Select Pipeline: This feature within Agiled CRM integration enables you to assign a pipeline to a deal created via Bit Integrations. By selecting a pipeline, you inform Agiled CRM about the specific sales process associated with the deal.

Select Stage: This functionality in Agiled CRM integration empowers you to designate a Stage for a deal originating from Bit Integrations. By choosing a stage, you communicate the present status of the deal to Agiled CRM.

You will find the Map Field option. You have to map all the necessary form/task fields with the related Agiled CRM field. After mapping the desired fields, click on Next button.

Actions

Add Owner: With Agiled CRM integration, you can assign an owner to a record when creating an account. This ensures that the assigned person is responsible for managing and updating the record. Please note that this action is only performed when creating an account and contact in Agiled CRM.

Add Account: With Agiled CRM integration, you can assign a contact to an account when creating a contact in Agiled CRM. This ensures that the contact is associated with the correct account, which can be helpful for tracking sales opportunities and managing customer relationships.

Add Deal Type: With Agiled CRM integration, you can add a deal type when creating a deal in Agiled CRM. This ensures that the deal is associated with the correct deal type, which can be helpful for tracking sales opportunities and managing customer relationships.

Conditional Logics
