Setup of n8n Integration

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your n8n Webhook, follow these steps:

• Navigate to your n8n account.
• On the left side, select Workflows and then click on “Start from Scratch.”
• Click on “Add first step.”
• Choose “On Webhook Call.”
• Copy the “Test URL” provided and click on “Listen for test event.”

Paste your Webhook URL:

• Navigate to the “Bit Integrations“ page.
• Paste the “Test URL” into the “Link” Field.
• Set the “Method” type to “GET“.
• Map your fields under “Params“, then click on “Test Webhook“.
• Proceed to n8n and verify if the data has been received.

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your n8n. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.

To add an Action in n8n, follow these steps:

• Go back to n8n workflows.
• click on “Back to canvas“.
• Click on run the triggers and submit a form.
• go back to n8n and check if node executed successfully or not.

• Select the “Plus icon” to add an action.
• Click on “Action in an app.”
• Search for your preferred app; in this case, we’ll use “Mailerlite” to create a subscriber.
• Connect with your chosen app; if not done, establish the connection.
• Map your fields by dragging and dropping them. Ensure that the “Email” field is mapped as it is mandatory in Mailerlite.
• Conclude the process by clicking on the “Test Step.”

Save and Active the workflow:

• Navigate back to the canvas.
• Save the workflow and activate it.
• Click on “Test Workflow.”
• Submit a form.
• Return to the n8n workflow and verify the successful execution of the workflow.

Change the Webhook URL:

• Navigate to the webhook section in the workflow.
• Click on the three dots and select “Open.”
• Copy the “Production URL” and return to the canvas.
• Access Bit Integrations.
• Under action, click on the three dots and choose “Edit.”
• Delete the existing content in the “Link” field.
• Paste the “Production URL” and save the changes.
