• Create Account: This action will create an account in Salesmate.
• Create Deal: This action will create a deal in Salesmate.

Salesmate Integration Tutorials

Authorization of Salesmate Integration

First you have to select the Salesmate from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Salesmate from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Salesmate Session Token, follow these steps:

• Go to the “Salesmate dashboard”.
• Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
• Click on “Go to My Profile“.
• Go to “Access Key” section.
• Your “Session Token” will be displayed.
• Copy your “Session Token” and paste it into the Integrations “Session Token” field.

To get your Salesmate Link Name, follow these steps:

• Go to the “Salesmate dashboard”.
• Copy your “URL” and paste it into the Integrations “Link Name” fields.

Once you have successfully entered your Session Token and Link Name, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Create Contact“.

Select Owner: Select an option from the drop-down list.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Salesmate. The “Last Name” field is the default field in Salesmate, so you will need to map your form’s “Last Name” field to this field in Salesmate.

Add Tags: You can add tags by enabling this option.

Add type: You can add a type by enabling this option.

Add Currency: You can add a currency by enabling this option.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Salesmate. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
