Available Actions

• Create Organisation: This action will create an organisation in Insightly.
• Create Contact: This action will create a contact in Insightly.
• Create Opportunity: This action will create an opportunity in Insightly.
• Create Task: This action will create a task in Insightly.
• Create Lead: This action will create a lead in Insightly.

Authorization of Insightly Integration

First you have to select the Insightly from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Insightly from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Insightly API URL and API Key, follow these steps:

• Log in to your “Insightly” account and copy your URL (e.g., {name}.insightly.com).
• Go to the Bit Integrations page and paste the “API URL” into the “Your API URL” field.
• Go back to “Insightly” and click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
• Click on “User settings“.
• Scroll down to find Your “API key“. Copy it and paste it into the “API key” field on the Bit Integrations page.

Once you have successfully entered your Insightly API URL and API Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Create Contact“

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Insightly. The “First Name” and “Email” field is the default field in Insightly, so you will need to map your form’s “First Name” and “Email” field to this field in Insightly.

Add Organisation: You can add an organisation by enabling this option.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Insightly. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
