Available Actions

  • Create Company: Add a new company record to your Nutshell CRM.
  • Create People: Add a new individual record to your Nutshell CRM.
  • Create Lead: Generate a new potential customer record in your Nutshell CRM.

Authorization of Nutshell CRM Integration

First, you have to select the Nutshell CRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Nutshell CRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Nutshell CRM User Name, follow these steps:

  • Access your Nutshell CRM dashboard.
  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Click on “Users and Teams.”
  • Copy your email address, which serves as your User Name.
  • Paste your User Name (email) into the designated “Integrations User Name” field.

To get your Nutshell CRM API Token, follow these steps:

  • Return to Settings.
  • Scroll down to “API Keys.”
  • Click “Add API Key.”
  • Provide a descriptive API Name.
  • Select “API + user impersonation” for permission level.
  • Click “New API Key.”
  • Copy the displayed API Token.
  • Paste your API Token into the corresponding “API key” field.

Once you have successfully entered your API Token, click “Authorize” to proceed. Then click Next.

Select Action: Select an Action from the drop-down option. For Example “Create Lead

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Nutshell CRM. The “Lead Description” field is the default field in Nutshell CRM, so you will need to map your form’s “Lead Description” field to this field in Nutshell CRM.
