Bit Integrations supports a wide range of WordPress plugins, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form, Beaver Builder, Divi, Brizy, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WordPress User Registration, LearnDash LMS, LifterLMS, Memberpress, GiveWP, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with OneHash CRM.

Available Actions

  • Create Lead: This action will create a lead in OneHash CRM.
  • Create Customer: This action will create a customer in OneHash CRM.
  • Create Contact: This action will create a contact in OneHash CRM.

Authorization of OneHash CRM Integration

First you have to select the OneHash CRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select OneHash CRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your OneHash CRM Access API URL, API Key and API Secret, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your “OneHash CRM” account.
  • Click on your “Profile Picture” in the top right corner and select “My Settings”.
  • Scroll down and search for “API Access” and click on “Generate Keys”.
  • Your “API Secret” will be displayed. Copy and paste it into the “API Secret” field on your integrations page.
  • Go back to your “OneHash CRM” account and go to “API Access“.
  • Your “API Key” will be displayed. Copy and paste it into the “API Key” field on your integrations page.
  • Again go back to your “OneHash CRM” account and go to “API Access“.
  • Copy your “Access API URL” and paste it into the “Access API URL” field on your integrations page.

Once you have successfully entered your OneHash CRM Access API URL, API Key and API Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in OneHash CRM. The “Person Name” and “Organization Name” field is the default field in OneHash CRM, so you will need to map your form’s “Person Name” and “Organization Name” field to this field in OneHash CRM.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your OneHash CRM. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
