Authorization of Slack Integration

First you have to select the Slack from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Slack from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Slack Access Token, follow these steps:

• Visit Slack or directly access the Slack console.
• Scroll down and click on “Developers.”
• Navigate to “Your Apps.”
• Click on “Create an app.”
• Select “From Scratch.”
• Provide a name for your app, choose a workspace, and click on “Create App.”

• On the left side, go to “OAuth & Permissions.”
• Under scopes, add the following scopes:
  • channels:history
  • channels:join
  • channels:manage
  • channels:read
  • channels:write.invites
  • channels:write.topic
  • chat:write
  • chat:write.customize
  • chat:write.public
  • files:read
  • files:write

• Click on “Install to Workspace” under “OAuth Tokens for Your Workspace.”
• Click on “Allow.”
• Your Access Token will be displayed.
• Copy your “Access Token” under “Bot User OAuth Token” and paste it into the Integration Access Token Field.

Once you have successfully entered your Slack Access Token, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Channels List: After completing the authorization process, Select the Channels List from the drop-down option. You have to create a list before on your Slack account.

Messages: You can type your message and also can put dynamic fields (Form Fields).

Actions

Attachments: By enabling this action, you can send – Audio, Video, Photo, or Document from Trigger to slack. After this, click on Next.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Slack. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
