Authorization of ConvertKit Integration

First you have to select the ConvertKit from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select ConvertKit from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To Get ConvertKit Access API Secret Key:

• Log in to your ConvertKit account.
• Click on the Settings tab.
• In the left-hand menu, click on Advanced.
• Scroll down to the API Secret section.
• Click on the Show button to reveal your API Secret Key.
• Copy the ConvertKit API Secret.
• In the third-party integration, paste the ConvertKit API Secret into the Access API Secret Key field.

Once you have successfully entered your API URL and key, click “Authorize” to proceed.

Once you have successfully authorized your account, Click on “Next” to set up the other integration settings ahead. Select the Form from the drop-down option. You have to create a Form before on your ConvertKit account. You can add a Tag [also multiple tags] for the Contacts that you have created before on your ConvertKit account

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in ConvertKit. The “Email” field is the default field in ConvertKit, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in ConvertKit.

Actions

Update ConvertKit: You can also update the submitted data by enabling the action called Update ConvertKit. Suppose the user already submitted data under an email address. Again they want to submit data under the same email, if the action is enabled, then the new data will be updated regarding that email address.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your ConvertKit. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
