Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that allows you to automate and integrate your WordPress form builders and other plugins with Zagomail. This can save you time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes. Bit Integrations supports a wide range of WordPress plugins, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form, Beaver Builder, Divi, Brizy, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WordPress User Registration, LearnDash LMS, LifterLMS, Memberpress, GiveWP, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with Zagomail.

Authorization of Zagomail Integration

First, you have to select the Zagomail from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Zagomail from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Zagomail Access API Public Key, follow these steps:

• Access your API settings:
  • Sign in to your Zagomail account.
  • Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
  • Select “API” from the menu.
• Generate a new key:
  • Click the “Generate new keys” button.
  • Your public API key will be displayed.
• Copy and paste the key:
  • Copy the generated API key.
  • Navigate to the Integrations page where you need to use the key.
  • Paste the key into the appropriate field.

Once you have successfully entered your Access API Public Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select List: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Bit Integrations“

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Zagomail. The “Email” field is the default field in Zagomail, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Zagomail.

Actions

Add Tags: Enabling this option allows you to include tags.

Update ZagoMail: You can also update previously submitted data by enabling the “Update ZagoMail” action. For example, if a user submits data under an email address, and then submits data again under the same email address with new information, the new data will overwrite the old data if the “Update ZagoMail” action is enabled.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Zagomail. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
