Setup of SyncSpider Integration

First, you have to select the SyncSpider from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select SyncSpider from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Setting up a Webhook Integration in SyncSpider (with MailerLite example):

1. Initiate Task Creation:

• Access the SyncSpider dashboard.
• Click “Create a new task.”

2. Select Apps:

• Choose “Webhook” as your first app.
• Choose “MailerLite” (or your desired app) as the second then click “Next.”

3. Create from Scratch:

• Opt for “Create from scratch.”

4. Webhook Integration:

• Assign a name to the webhook integration.
• Click “Next.”
• Copy the displayed webhook URL.
• Click “Capture Webhook response.”

5. Configure Integrations Page:

• Paste the webhook URL within the “Integrations” page.
• Set the method to “Post Type.”
• Within the body section:
  • Check “Send all data.”
  • Add “application/json” as the request payload type.
• Click “Test Webhook.”
• Verify data reception on the SyncSpider site.
• Click “Finish.”

6. MailerLite Integration:

• Name the MailerLite integration.
• Click “Next.”
• Paste your MailerLite API key (refer to documentation or tutorials for guidance).
• Click “Finish.”

7. Data Filtering (Optional):

• If desired, filter source data.
• Click “Next.”

8. Field Mapping:

• Map fields, ensuring the “Email” field is mapped.
• Click “Next.”

9. Task Naming:

• Assign a task name.
• Click “Finish.”

10. Activate Automation:

• Enable the automation.

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your SyncSpider. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
