Authorization of Smaily Integration

First you have to select the Smaily from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Smaily from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Smaily “Subdomain Name”, “API User Name” and “API User Password”, follow these steps:

• Log in to your “Smaily” account.
• Click on your “Profile” icon in the top right corner and select “Preferences”.
• Go to the “Integrations” section.
• Under “API PASSWORDS”, click on “Create a new user”.
• Your Smaily “Subdomain”, “User” and “Password” will be displayed.
• Copy them and paste them into the designated fields labeled as “Subdomain Name”, “API User Name” and “API User Password”.

Once you have successfully entered your Smaily “Subdomain Name”, “API User Name” and “API User Password”, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Smaily. The “Email” field is the default field in Smaily, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Smaily.

Actions

Unsubscribe subscriber: The “Unsubscribe subscriber” option is used to remove a subscriber from your email list.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Smaily. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
