Authorization of Pabbly Integration

First you have to select the Pabbly from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Pabbly from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Pabbly Webhook, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your “Pabbly” account and go to “Pabbly Connect”.
  • On the “Pabbly dashboard”, click the “Create Workflow” button.
  • Name your workflow. Then click on “Create
  • Choose “Webhook” as your first application.
  • Copy the “webhook URL” that is displayed.
  • Go to the “Integrations page“.
  • In the “Link” field, paste your “Webhook URL“.
  • Select the “Post” method type.
  • In the “Body” section, check the box next to “Send All Data“.
  • Select the “application/json” content type.
  • Click the “Test Webhook” button.

  • After ‘’Test Webhook executed successfully’’, again go to “Pabbly”.
  • Now choose your application where you want to send data. For example “Airtable”.
  • Choose your desired action event. For example “Create Record”.
  • Click the “Connect” button to connect with “Airtable”.
  • Click “Add New Connection”.
  • Give your new connection a name.
  • Click “Developer Hub”.
  • In the “Airtable Developer Hub”, click “Create Token”.
  • Give your token a name.
  • Add the following “Scopes”:
    • data.records:read
    • data.records:write
    • data.recordComments:read
    • data.recordComments:write
    • schema.bases:read
    • schema.bases:write
  • Add your Airtable “Base”.
  • Click “Create Token”.
  • Your token will be displayed. Copy it.
  • Go to the “Pabbly Integrations” page and paste your token into the “Token” field. Click “Save”.
  • Map” your fields with the “From Fields”.
  • After mapping your fields, click “Save”.

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration.

Conditional Logics

For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
