Authorization of Twilio Integration

First, you have to select Twilio from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Twilio from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and From (Phone Number), follow these steps:

• Go to the Twilio Console.
• Navigate to the Develop section.
• Within the Develop section, find your account credentials:
  • Account SID: This unique identifier for your Twilio account.
  • Auth Token: A secret key used to authenticate your account when interacting with Twilio’s API.
  • My Twilio phone number: The Twilio phone number you’ll use to send messages or make calls.

Copy and paste credentials:

• Copy your Account SID and paste it into the designated field labeled “Account SID“.
• Repeat the process for your Auth Token, pasting it into the “Auth Token” field.
• Finally, copy your Twilio phone number and paste it into the “From” field.

Once you have successfully entered your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and From (Phone Number), click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Number: Once you’ve finished the authorization process, you’ll see the Map Field option. Just match up the Select Number fields with the corresponding Twilio field.

Messages: Feel free to type your message and include dynamic fields like Form Fields or Task Fields.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Twilio. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
