PODS Integration Tutorials

Authorization of PODS Integration

First, you have to select PODS from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select PODS from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Pod: Select your POD from the drop-down option.

Post Status: Select your post status from the drop-down option.

Comment Status: Select your Comment Status from the drop-down option.

Author: Select Author from the drop-down option.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in PODS. The “Post Title” field is the default field in PODS, so you will need to map your form’s “Post Title” field to this field in PODS. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

• At first map the form fields with the general/default post fields.
• Then map the form fields with the related Pods fields.
• Lastly map the file upload field.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your PODS. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.

Every integration has a timeline that you can use to check the success or error status of the integration.
