Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that allows you to automate and integrate your WordPress forms builders and other plugins with Nimble. This can save you time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes. Bit Integrations supports a wide range of WordPress plugins, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form, Beaver Builder, Divi, Brizy, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WordPress User Registration, LearnDash LMS, LifterLMS, Memberpress, GiveWP, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with Nimble.

Available Actions

• Add people: This action will create people in Nimble.
• Create Company: This action will create Company in Nimble.

Authorization of Nimble Integration

First you have to select the Nimble from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Nimble from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Nimble API Key, follow these steps:

• Sign in to your “Nimble” account.
• On the left sidebar, click the “Settings” icon (gear icon).
• Click “API tokens”.
• Click “Generate new token”.
• Give a description of your token.
• Click “Generate”.
• Your token will be displayed. Copy it.
• Paste your token into the integration “API key” field.

Once you have successfully entered your API Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Add people“

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Nimble. The “First Name” field is the default field in Nimble, so you will need to map your form’s “First Name” field to this field in Nimble.

Add Ratings: To add a rating of 1 to 5, click the checkbox next to your desired rating.

Add Lead Status: To add a Lead Status, simply check this box.

Add Lead Source: To add a Lead Source, simply check this box.

Add Lead Type: o add a Lead Type, simply check this box.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Nimble. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
