Authorization of FlowMattic Integration

First you have to select the FlowMattic from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select FlowMattic from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your FlowMattic Webhook, follow these steps:

• Log in to your “FlowMattic” account.
• Click on the “FlowMattic” tab, then select “Workflows“.
• Click on the “New Workflow” button, then select “WebHook“.
• Copy the “Webhook URL” and click on the “Capture WebHook Data” button.
• Go to the Integrations page and paste your “Webhook URL” in the “Link” field.
• Select the “Post” method type.
• In the “Body” section, check the box next to “Send All Data“.
• Select the “application/json” content type.
• Click on the “Test Webhook” button.

• After ‘’Test Webhook executed successfully’’, again go to “FlowMattic”.
• Click on “Choose an Action”.
• Now “Choose the application” where you want to send the data. For example “Mailchimp”.
• Select your desired action – For Example “Add New Member”.
• Click the “Authenticate Mailchimp” button to connect to your Mailchimp account.
• Choose your “Audience List “.
• Now “Map” your fields.
• After mapping your fields, click on “Save & Test Action”.
• Now click on “Save Workflow” to run the automation.

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your FlowMattic. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
