Available Actions

• Adding prospects to the Prospects list: This action will include potential leads in the Prospects Woodpecker.
• Adding prospects to the Campaign: This action will incorporate potential leads into the Campaign Woodpecker.
• Create Company: This action will create a Company in Woodpecker.

Authorization of Woodpecker Integration

First you have to select the Woodpecker from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Woodpecker from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Woodpecker API Key, follow these steps:

• Log in to your “Woodpecker” account.
• Go to “Prospects” and click “Integrations”.
• On the left side, click “API Keys”.
• Click “CREATE A KEY”.
• Your “API Keys” will be generated.
• Copy your “API Keys” and paste it into the “API Keys” field in your integrations page.

Once you have successfully entered your Woodpecker API Key click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Adding prospects to the Prospects list“

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Woodpecker. The “Email” field is the default field in Woodpecker, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Woodpecker.

Actions

Update Prospects: Enabling this option will result in the update of existing data when there is a matching email.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Woodpecker. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
