Authorization of Freshsales Integration

First, install and activate the Freshsales plugin in your WordPress account. Then you have to select Freshsales from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Freshsales from the action page.

To get your Freshsales Bundle Alias & API Token, follow these steps:

• Log in to your Freshsales account.
• Locate and click on the profile account icon situated at the top right corner.
• Choose “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
• Navigate to the “API Settings” section within the Settings page.
• To access your Bundle Alias & API, fulfill the reCaptcha requirement.
• Once the reCaptcha is successfully completed, your Bundle Alias & API details will be revealed.
• Copy the displayed Bundle Alias & API.
• Paste the copied information into the designated area on the integrations page.

Once you have successfully entered your Freshsales Bundle Alias & API, click “Authorize” to proceed. Then click Next.

Module:  Select a module from the drop-down option. For example: “Deal“

Contact View: Select a Contact View from the drop-down option. For Example: “My Contacts“

Contact: Select a Contact from the drop-down option.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Freshsales. The “Deal Name” and “Deal value” fields are the default fields in Freshsales, so you will need to map your form’s “Deal Name” and “Deal value” fields to this field in Freshsales.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Freshsales. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
