• Create Contact: This action will create a contact in SuiteDash.

Authorization of SuiteDash Integration

First you have to select the SuiteDash from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select SuiteDash from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your SendPulse Public Id and Secret Key, follow these steps:

• Log in to your “SuiteDash” account.
• Click on your “Profile” icon at the top right corner and select “Integrations“.
• In the integrations page, go to the “SECURE API” section.
• Your “Public ID” will be displayed under “API Authorization Credentials“. Copy your “Public ID”.
• Paste your “Public ID” into the “Public ID” field on the integration page.
• Go back to the “SECURE API” section in “SuiteDash” and click on the “+ Add Secret Key” button.
• Give your “Secret key” a name and click “Save“.
• Copy your “Secret key”.
• Paste your “Secret key” into the “Secret Key” field on the integration page.

Once you have successfully entered your Public Id and Secret Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select an option from the drop-down list. For example “Create Contact”.

Select Role: Select an option from the drop-down list. For example “Lead”.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in SuiteDash. The “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Primary Email” field is the default field in SuiteDash, so you will need to map your form’s “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Primary Email” field to this field in SuiteDash.

Add Company: Enabling this option allows you to include a company.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your SuiteDash. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
