LionDesk Integration: The Best Way to Automate Your WordPress Workflow

LionDesk Integrations: LionDesk is a CRM designed for ease of use and systems integration so you have one log in for all your business building tools. Think of LionDesk as the HUB of your business.

Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that allows you to automate and integrate your WordPress forms builders and other plugins with LionDesk. This can save you time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes. Bit Integrations supports a wide range of WordPress plugins, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form, Beaver Builder, Divi, Brizy, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WordPress User Registration, LearnDash LMS, LifterLMS, Memberpress, GiveWP, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with LionDesk.

Available Actions

  • Create Contact: Selecting this option will add a new contact to your LionDesk.
  • Create Campaign: Selecting this option will create a campaign in LionDesk.

Authorization of LionDesk Integration

First you have to select the LionDesk from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select LionDesk from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your LionDesk Client id & Client secret, follow these steps:

  • On the integration page, copy the “Authorized Redirect URIs“.
  • Go to the “LionDesk Developer Center“.
  • In the App section, click on “New App“.
  • Give your app a name and paste the Authorized Redirect URIs in the “Redirect URI” field.
  • Click on “Save“.
  • Your “Client ID” and “Client Secret” will be displayed. Click on “Reveal Secret” to reveal your “secret key“.
  • Copy your “Client ID” and “Client Secret“.
  • Go back to the integration page and paste them into the “Client ID” and “Client Secret” fields.

Once you have successfully entered your LionDesk Client id & Client secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Click on “Allow“. After you have successfully authorized, please proceed by clicking “Next“.

Select Action: Please choose your preferred action from the dropdown menu.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in LionDesk. The “Email” field is the default field in LionDesk, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in LionDesk.

Add Tags: Enabling this option gives you the ability to add tags to your contacts.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your LionDesk. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
