Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that allows you to automate and integrate your WordPress form builders and other plugins with AutomatorWP. This can save you time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes. Bit Integrations supports a wide range of WordPress plugins, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form, Beaver Builder, Divi, Brizy, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WordPress User Registration, LearnDash LMS, LifterLMS, Memberpress, GiveWP, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with AutomatorWP.

Setup of AutomatorWP

First, you have to select the AutomatorWP from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select AutomatorWP from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your AutomatorWP Webhook, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to “AutomatorWP” then go to “Automations“.
  • Click on “Add New Automation.”
  • Choose the Automation Type; in this case, select “Anonymous.”
  • Provide a name for your Automation.
  • Click on “Add Trigger.”
  • Choose “Webhook” as the trigger.
  • Select “Receive data from webhook” and then click on the webhook.
  • Your webhook URL will be presented.

Use your Webhook URL:

  • Copy the Webhook URL and click on “Get Sample.”
  • Go to the “Bit Integrations” page.
  • Paste the Webhook URL into the “Link” field.
  • Set the “Method” type to “POST.”
  • Move to the “Body” section.
  • Check the box for “Send All Data.”
  • Choose the content type as “application/json.”
  • Click on “Test Webhook.”
  • Return to AutomatorWP, verify the received data, and then click on “Use these fields.”
  • Click on “Save“.

To add an Action in AutomatorWP, follow these steps:

  • Click on “New User.”
  • You have the option to include additional actions by clicking on “Add Action,” if desired.
  • Map your fields accordingly.
  • Ensure “Username” and “Email are filled out as they are mandatory fields.
  • Set the action to be taken if the user already exists, which is also mandatory.
  • Click on “Save.”
  • Finally, click on “Save and Activate.”

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your AutomatorWP. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
