Authorization of Zoho Recruit Integration

First, you have to select the Zoho Recruit from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Zoho Recruit from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Data Center: Select a Data Center from the drop-down list.

To get your Zoho Recruit Client ID and Client Secret, follow these steps:

• Access Zoho Developer Console: Go to “Zoho Developer Console“.
• Add Client: Click on “Add Client” and choose “Server-Based Application” as the client type.
• Name your Application: Provide a descriptive name for your application.
• Gather Integration Details:
  • Go to your integration’s settings page (separate platform).
  • Copy the Homepage URL from the integration settings.
• Paste Homepage URL: In the Zoho API Console, locate the “Homepage URL” field and paste the copied URL.
• Gather Authorized Redirect URIs:
  • Still on your integration’s settings page, copy the Authorized Redirect URIs.
• Paste Authorized Redirect URIs: In the Zoho API Console, find the “Authorized Redirect URIs” field and paste the copied URIs.
• Create Client: Click the “Create” button to finalize the process.
• Copy Client Credentials: The Zoho API Console will display your “Client ID” and “Client Secret“.
• Integrate Credentials: Copy and paste these credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) into the designated fields on your integration platform.

Once you have successfully entered your Zoho Recruit Client ID & Client Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Module: Select a Module from the drop-down list. For example: “Candidates“

Related List

Sending data to related lists in Zoho Recruit is really easy! You just need to click on the Plus (+) icon to add your related list. Then, choose the related list module and layout from the drop-down menu. Next, map the mandatory fields by clicking on the Plus (+) button. And the best part is, you can map as many fields as you want!

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Zoho Recruit. The “Last Name” field is the default field in Zoho Recruit, so you will need to map your form’s “Last Name” field to this field in Zoho Recruit. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Actions

Workflow: Select this option to trigger the Zoho Recruit workflow for the selected module. If you didn’t select this option Zoho Recruit workflow for the selected module doesn’t work.

Approval: Select this option to automatically send form data to your Zoho Recruit approval list instead of adding them.

Upsert Record: : When you choose the Upsert Record option, if a record with the identical value exists in Zoho Recruit, then it will be updated with the new values. If not, a new record will be created.

Add Note: Select this action to add a note from Trigger to Zoho Recruit account automatically.

Record Owner: Select this option you can set a record owner of the sent record. For this, you have to copy the Owner ID from Zoho Recruit and paste it here.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Zoho Recruit. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Save Integration

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
