Authorization of Notion Integration

First you have to select the Notion from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Notion from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Notion OAuth client ID and OAuth client secret, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Notion account.
  • In the left sidebar, click “Settings & members”.
  • Now click “My connection”.
  • Click “Develop or manage integrations”.
  • Click “New integration”.
  • Give your integration a name. Then click on “Submit”.
  • Click “Distribution”.
  • Make the integrations “Public”.
  • Enter your “Company Name”, “Website”, “Privacy Policy” link, “Terms of use” link, and “Support email”.
  • Copy the “Redirect URIs” from the Integrations page and paste it into the “Redirect URIs ” field. Then click on “Submit”.
  • Your “OAuth client ID and OAuth client secret” will be displayed.
  • Copy your “OAuth client ID and OAuth client secret” and paste them into the Integrations “OAuth client ID and OAuth client secret” fields.

Once you have successfully entered your OAuth client ID and OAuth client secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Then Allow Access. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Database List: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Journal

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Notion. The “Name” field is the default field in Notion, so you will need to map your form’s “Name” field to this field in Notion.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Notion. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
