Zoho Flow Integration: The Best Way to Automate Your WordPress Workflow

Zoho Flow Integration: Zoho Flow is an integration platform that helps you connect your apps without any code. Automate complex business workflows within minutes.

When users submit/complete the form/task, you can send those data to webhook and send it to other platforms. We will use Zoho Flow here to receive webhook data.

We are using user registration (create new user) as a trigger when someone registers the website, it sends data to Zoho Flow and sends it to Google Sheets.

Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that allows you to automate and integrate your WordPress form builders and other plugins with Zoho Flow. This can save you time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes. Bit Integrations supports a wide range of WordPress plugins, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form, Beaver Builder, Divi, Brizy, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WordPress User Registration, LearnDash LMS, LifterLMS, Memberpress, GiveWP, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with Zoho Flow.

  • Trigger Selection: For “Choose what triggers the flow,” select “Webhook.” This will initiate the flow when a web request is sent to a specific URL.
  • Payload Format: Choose “JSON” as the format for the data received in the webhook call. JSON is a common format for structured data exchange.
  • Copy Webhook URL: Zoho Flow will generate a unique URL specifically for your flow. Copy this URL as it will be used to trigger the flow from an external source.
  • Test the Flow: Click “Next” to proceed to the action step of your flow. Before adding actions, you can optionally click “Test” to see if the webhook is set up correctly.
  • Now go to the integrations page and paste your “Webhook URL” in to the “Link” Field.

  • Once confirmed, click on “Done“.
  • Proceed to search for your desired application where you wish to send the data. In this instance, let’s use “Google Sheets“.
  • Drag and drop the action corresponding to your app.
  • If you haven’t already established a connection, you’ll need to create one. If a connection exists, select it.
  • After establishing the connection, select the specific worksheet within Google Sheets and map the fields accordingly. Your form fields should be accessible under the webhook option.
  • Once the mapping is complete, click on “Done“.
  • Finally, activate the Flow by turning it on.
