Authorization of Airtable Integration

First you have to select the Airtable from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then procced to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Airtable from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your ActiveCampaign API URL and Key, follow these steps:

• Go to your Airtable account and click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
• Select “Developer Hub” from the dropdown menu.
• Click on the “Personal Access Tokens” tab.
• Click on the “Create Token” button.
• In the “Scopes” section, select the following scopes:
  • data.records:read
  • data.records:write
  • schema.bases:read
  • schema.bases:write
• In the “Workspace” section, select the option for “All current and future bases in all current and future workspaces”.
• Click on the “Create Token” button.
• The personal access token will be displayed once. Copy the token and keep it safe. You will not be able to see it again.
• In the third-party integration, paste the personal access token into the API key field.

Once you have successfully entered the personal access token, click “Authorize” to proceed.

Click “Next” to proceed with configuring the remaining integration settings.

Once the authorization process is finished, choose your preferred Base and Table from the provided dropdown options. If you can’t locate any Base or Table, simply click the refresh button.

In the Map Fields section, you will need to map the fields from the third-party integration to the corresponding fields in Airtable. You can also map custom values to Airtable fields. If you do not see the fields you need, click the Refresh button to refresh the list.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Airtable. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.

Every integration has a timeline that you can use to check the success or error status of the integration.
