Authorization of Capsule CRM Integration

First you have to select the Capsule CRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Capsule CRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Capsule CRM API URL, follow these steps:

  • Go to your Capsule CRM account.
  • In the top right corner, click on the profile icon.
  • Then click on the “Account Settings“.
  • Select “Account and Plan” from the menu.
  • The site address will be displayed in the “Site Address” field.
  • Copy the “Site Address“.
  • Go back to the integration page and paste your “API URL“.

To get your Capsule CRM API Key, follow these steps:

  • Click on “CapsuleCRM API Token”.
  • Click on “Generate First API token“.
  • Give the token a description.
  • Check the boxes next to “Create, update, and delete information from your Capsule account” and “Update user preference“.
  • Click on “Generate Token“.
  • Your API Key will be displayed. Copy it.
  • Go back to the integration page and paste your API Key.

After you’ve entered your API URL and API Key successfully, click on the “Authorize” button to proceed. Once your account authorization is successful, you can then proceed by clicking “Next“.

Select Action: Select an Action from the drop-down option.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Capsule CRM. The “First Name” field is the default field in Capsule CRM, so you will need to map your form’s “First Name” field to this field in Capsule CRM.

Add Owner: The Add Owner integration allows you to specify a specific user to be the owner of a record. This can be useful for ensuring that a particular person is responsible for a specific record, such as a lead or customer account.

Add Team: The Add Team integration allows you to specify a team of users to be the owners of a record. This can be useful for ensuring that a group of people are responsible for a specific record, such as a project or campaign.
