Authorization of Mailrelay Integration

First, you have to select the Mailrelay from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Mailrelay from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Domain Name, follow these steps:

• Access the dashboard: Log in to your Mailrelay account and navigate to the dashboard.
• Copy the URL: Look for the address bar in your browser and copy the URL (your account name) of your Mailrelay dashboard. It should typically resemble a format like “{your_account_name}.ipzmarketing.com”.
• Locate the integration page: Within Mailrelay, find the section or page dedicated to integrations with other platforms or services.
• Paste the URL: Search for a field labeled “Your Domain Name” or something similar on the integration page. Paste the copied Mailrelay URL into this field.

To get your API Token, follow these steps:

• Navigate to your Mailrelay dashboard.
• Click on the settings icon located on the left side.
• Access API Keys within the settings.
• Click on “Add” to create a new API key.
• Choose the user for whom you want to generate an API key.
• Click on “Create API Key.”
• Your API key will be displayed.
• Copy and paste it into the integration API Token field.

Once you have successfully entered your Mailrelay Domain and API Token, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Subscriber Status: After completing the authorization process, Select the Subscriber Status of your choices from the drop-down options.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Mailrelay. The “Email” field is the default field in Mailrelay, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Mailrelay.

Actions

Add Groups: By enabling Add Group Action, you can organize your subscriber on the MailRelay account. Now select the group from the dropdown option, which you have already created on your MailRelay account.

Update Subscriber: You can also update the submitted data by enabling the action called Update Mailrelay. Suppose the user already submitted data under an email address. Again they want to submit data under the same email, if the action is enabled, then the new data will be updated regarding that email address.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Mailrelay. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
