Authorization Process With Mautic

To integrate with Mautic follow, the below steps.

Process of Authorization and Integration​

1. Search & Select Mautic from the actions pages

2. Integration Name: Set the proper integration name. Default it’s taken Mautic.

3. After that, you have to copy the Client ID, Client Secret and base URL from your Mautic account & paste them into these fields.
   ⚡ Mautic Setup To enable the API in Mautic, follow these steps:

• Login your Mautic dashboard
• Go to the Configuration page (located in the Settings menu), and under API Settings enable Mautic’s API.
• If you intend on using Basic Authentication, ensure you enable it. You can also choose which OAuth protocol to use here.
• After saving the configuration, go to the API Credentials page (located in the Settings menu).
• Now click on the New button to create a new API credential.
• Input your API credential name and enter the redirect URL that the request will be sent to Bit integrations.
• Now copy the Client ID, Client Secret and Mautic base URL and paste it into the integration’s dashboard. Click on Authorize button.

4. Click on Next to set up the other integration settings ahead.

5. After completing the authorization process, you will find the Map Field option. You have to map all the necessary fields with the related Mautic field. You can also send custom values by mapping your fields. If you don’t see any fields. Click on the refresh button.

6. Now save the integration by clicking the Finish & Save Button

Actions​

Tag: When you enable this option, you can add a tag to the contact that is pushed to mautic. If you don’t see any Tags. Click on the refresh button.

Timeline​

1. We have an option in every integration Timeline where you can check integration success or error status.

2. Also, you can Edit Clone Delete the integration.
