To integrate with Bit Integrations and Perfex CRM, you can follow these steps:

• Purchase the REST API module for Perfex CRM from Code Canyon.
• In your Perfex CRM admin area, go to Setup > Modules.
• Select the extracted upload.zip file and click Install.
• Activate the module in the attachment.
• In your Perfex CRM backend, go to API > API Management and create a new token.

Available Actions

Create Customer: The Create Customer feature in Perfex CRM is used to add new customers to the CRM system.

Create Contact: The Create Contact feature in Perfex CRM is used to create a new contact record.

Create Lead: The Create Lead feature in Perfex CRM is used to create a new lead record.

Authorization of Perfex CRM Integration

First you have to select the Perfex CRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Perfex CRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Perfex CRM API URL, you can follow these steps:

• Go to your Perfex CRM dashboard.
• On the left sidebar, search for API CRM.
• Click on API CRM and then API CRM Manager.
• Your API URL will be displayed.
• Enter the API URL into the field labeled “Access API URL” in the integration.

To get your Perfex CRM API Token, you can follow these steps:

• Go to your Perfex CRM dashboard.
• On the left sidebar, search for API.
• Click on API and then API Management.
• Click on the New Token button.
• Give your API Token a name and an expiration date.
• Select the permissions that you want your API Token to have.
• Click on “To Send” button to create API Token.
• Your API Token will be displayed.
• Copy your API Token.
• Paste your API Token into the integration’s Access API Token field.

Once you have successfully entered your API URL and API Token, click “Authorize” to proceed.

Once you have successfully authorized your account, Click “Next” to proceed with configuring the remaining integration settings.

Once the authorization process is finished, select an action from the dropdown option.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Perfex CRM.

Once you’ve finished mapping the field, proceed by clicking “Next” to save the integrations.
