Authorization of Trello Integration

First, you have to select Trello from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Trello from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get the Trello Client ID, follow these steps:

• Grab the Redirect URIs: Head over to the integration’s page and find the section labeled “Authorized Redirect URIs.” Copy that entire list of URIs, we’ll need it in a bit.
• Navigate to the Admin Portal: Now, go to the Developer API Keys section and look for the Power-Up Admin Portal. Click on “New” to begin creating your power-up.
• Give it a Name: Choose a clear and descriptive name for your new power-up or integration. This will help users identify it easily.
• Select your Workspace: Pick the workspace where you want this power-up to be available.
• Contact Information: Enter your email address and provide contact details for support. You can also add your name as the author (optional).
• Create and Generate Keys: Once you’ve filled out the information, click “Create” to make your power-up. Then, click “Generate a New API Key” and follow the prompts to generate a unique key.
• Connect the URIs: Now, paste the list of Authorized Redirect URIs you copied earlier into the “Allowed Origins” field. Click “Add” to save them.
• Copy and Paste the Key: Finally, copy the generated API Key. You’ll need to paste this key into the integration’s “Client ID Field” to establish the connection.

Once you have successfully entered your Trello Client ID, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Boards: After completing the authorization process, Select the Boards from the drop-down option. You have to create a Boards before on your Trello account.

Lists: Select the list from the drop-down option.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Trello. The “Name” field is the default field in Trello, so you will need to map your form’s “Name” field to this field in Trello. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Add Position: If you enable this option. You can display your message at the top or bottom of the list as you wish. Now, click on the Next button to move forward for further settings.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Trello. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
