Authorization of SureTriggers Integration

To set up the SureTriggers integration in Bit Form, simply go to the Bit Form plugin and open up the form you want to work on. Then, head to the form settings and look for the integrations section. Click on the plus icon to add a new integration, and search for SureTriggers from the available options.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your SureTriggers Webhook, follow these steps:

• Log in to your “SureTriggers”account.
• Click on the “Workflows ” tab.
• Click on the “Create Workflow” button.
• Give your workflow a name and click on the “Start Building” button.
• Click on the “Add Trigger” button.
• Search for and select “Webhook”.
• Your “Webhook URL” will be displayed. Copy your “Webhook URL”.
• Proceed to the “Bit Form Integration” page.
• Paste the “Webhook URL” into the designated “Link” field.
• Set the “Method” type to “POST.”
• Next, add the “URL Parameter“.
• Click on “Test Webhook.”
• Return to “SureTriggers“, confirm the received data, then click on “Save.“

• Click the “Plus (+)” icon to add an action.
• Now Search and select where you want to send the data. For example “Airtable”.
• Select an Event. For example “Create Record”.
• Click “Select connection”.
• To connect to “Airtable”, click “Create new connection”.
• Add your Airtable “Base” then “Grant access”.
• Select the “Base” and “Table”.
• Map your fields. Type “@” to see your “Webhook fields”.
• After mapping your fields, click “Test action” and then “Save”.
• Click “Publish”.

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration and then click on “Next.“

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.

Configuring the conditional logic

Now, let’s set up some conditional logic to trigger the integration for the submitted data. To do this, head over to the conditional logic section. You have the option to create a new conditional logic or use an existing one. Make sure to set the Action behavior to “Always” and check the Integration under Additional Actions. Then, select your desired Integration, in this case, “SureTriggers Web Hooks“. Once done, just click on Update.

Every integration has a timeline that you can use to check the success or error status of the integration. To see your response, just head over to the Response section in Bit Form, click on your record, and then scroll down. Below your Timeline, click on Show Integration Logs.
