Authorization of Make Integration

To set up the Make integration in Bit Form, simply go to the Bit Form plugin and open up the form you want to work on. Then, head to the form settings and look for the integrations section. Click on the plus icon to add a new integration, and search for Make from the available options.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Generate Make WebHook URL

To get your Make Webhook, follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your “Make” account.
  • Click the “Create a new scenario” button in the top right corner.
  • Click the “+” icon.
  • Search for “Webhooks” and select “Custom Webhook“.
  • Choose a “webhook“. If you don’t have any then create a new Webhook by click on the “Add” button.
  • Copy your “webhook URL.”
  • Go to the Integrations page.
  • In the “Link” field, paste your “Webhook URL“ and select the “Post” as method type.
  • Next, add the “URL Parameter“.
  • Click on “Test Webhook.”
  • After “Test Webhook executed successfully“, again go to “Make”. Then click on “OK“.
  • Click the “Add Module” button.
  • In the search bar, type the name of the app that you want to send your data to, such as “Airtable“.
  • Select the action that you want to perform. For example, “Create a Record“.
  • Click the “Create a Connection” button.
  • Choose the “Airtable OAuth” connection type.
  • Give the “Connection a name” and click “Save“.
  • Click the “Add a Base” button and “Grant Access” to your Airtable base.
  • Choose the “Base” and “Table” that you want to create the record in.
  • Map the fields from the Make scenario to the fields in the Airtable table. Then Click “OK“.
  • Click the “Run Once” button to test the module.
  • Now “Turn On” the automation.

Please return to the integrations page and click on “Next

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.

Configuring the conditional logic

Now, let’s set up some conditional logic to trigger the integration for the submitted data. To do this, head over to the conditional logic section. You have the option to create a new conditional logic or use an existing one. Make sure to set the Action behavior to “Always” and check the Integration under Additional Actions. Then, select your desired Integration, in this case, “Integromat Web Hooks“. Once done, just click on Update.

Integration Log

Every integration has a timeline that you can use to check the success or error status of the integration. To see your response, just head over to the Response section in Bit Form, click on your record, and then scroll down. Below your Timeline, click on Show Integration Logs.
